How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a trusted Spiritual Mentor and Creator of the Sacred Soul Plan formula?
Ooooo I love this question! It’s probably best that I share with you the story that brought me to where I am today — mentoring people like you who want to know what you were born to do and to step into your full potential. That story began back in 1995.
Over the course of my life, I was faced with my times where I felt lost, confused and not sure which direction to take. I studied many modalities and was committed to making my life better, but it wasn’t until I discovered 3 key truths about myself that I was able to unlock my personal power. Once this happened, I stopped manifesting from a place of desperation and shifted in a mindset of believing that I worthy of attracting everything that I desired into my life. … I went asking only for what I “needed” to asking for what would help me thrive in my life. I found the confidence to believe that I had the power to reshape my reality into once bigger than I ever imagined!!!
I was able to shift from being alone, lost and stuck in a rut to a life of love, abundance and adventure!
Here is the snippet of my story. I had reached a peak in my career. Work had become my identity, I often joked that I was ‘married to my job’. I felt lost and stuck in a rut. Then I met a man online and made the drastic decision to leave my corporate job in Manitoba and moved to Calgary seeking love and a balance between my personal and professional life.
Instead of achieving those goals, I found myself sitting at a crossroads in my life, back in a corporate job, alone, lost and stuck in a rut wondering what’s next. Why is this happening to me?
When I looked into my future, I did not like what I saw. So even though it was super scary, and I was afraid of ending up broke again, I decided to take control of my destiny.
I quit my job in 2012 and began a spiritual journey to find my calling. I didn’t know what I wanted, but I knew that I needed to choose a different path.
I was on a mission to create a sustainable future for myself and make an impact in the world.
Now I’ve manifested the life that I have always dreamed about! I attracted an amazing life partner who accepts and loves me unconditionally. We have been together for 3 years and have recently purchased our forever home, became engaged and adopted the most amazing puppy from a rescue shelter. I’ve trained in the best methods for uncovering our soul’s sacred mission. I’ve opened myself up to communicate with non-physical guides. I’m even an ordained metaphysical minister who founded the WhiteLight Metaphysical Centre.
My purpose is to help others find their calling and realize their full potential, just like I’ve done in my life. I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to guiding others along their self-empowerment and spiritual journey.
With the knowledge that I have gained, I have designed a formula that blends my own insights with the teachings of acknowledged spiritual teachers and personal success mentors.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with many private clients and stood in front of countless groups as a teacher and trainer. I’m surrounded by people who love me, celebrate me, and support me in my greatness. I’ve created a reality that allows me to live a beautiful expansive life, where I show up as I truly am — in alignment with my sacred soul plan.

I understand that this journey is not one that you take lightly, and I want you to know that I don’t either. Throughout my own spiritual journey, I have come to understand that reality – your reality – is an outcome of your input, approach, and energetic attitude.
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
The “Sacred Soul Plan” system workshops, products and programs were created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about breaking out of their rut, breaking through resistance, and wanting to actively participate in the process of manifesting the life that they have always dreamed about – it means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying, “Woe is me! Why is this keep happening to me?” These programs were created for you to put belief systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!) which will eventually lead you to embrace your personal power, activate your confidence and shift into new levels of worth and deserving.
Being a spiritual seeker myself, I’m known to work best with other spiritual seekers, people who are committed to exploring spiritual beliefs and metaphysical concepts who are ready to understand the importance of their life’s journey, to shut down patterns of self-doubt and self-sabotage, and discover their path for expansion and manifestation. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what I need to do, and I’ll do it!” Consider what you’ll do with me to be a highly energetic full immersion experience on everything you need to know to understand your sacred soul plan. You will be expected to open yourself up to the possibilities of what you are capable of attracting into your life and how you can make a difference in the world! You will no longer have excuses; just a very different way of thinking, with my full support, while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal: to connect to your soul’s sacred mission and bridge the gap between who you are now and where your soul is leading you.
What type of individuals would not benefit from your programs?
While I work well with most everyone, once in a while I choose to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programs and therefore won’t get the results for which they would have signed up. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
My “Sacred Soul Plan” system programs are NOT for those who are not willing to invest in themselves: time, effort, and money. It’s been my experience that if a client cannot commit to these three things, they are not ready, or truly willing or aware that to receive specialist mentoring, coaching, guidance, advice, training, and insights for their soul’s expansion, takes investment. If you fall into this category, it is absolutely fine, we have all been there at some point, so I recommending you taking these two steps:
- Find a way to financially invest in yourself so that by taking one of my programs, you are not putting yourself into a financially risky place. I would not want finances to prevent you from being able to focus on the work due to your worries about money.
